Vendor Identity
Your order will be processed by Protea Hong Kong Ltd, the exclusive authorised distributor of Environ Skincare South Africa (EVSA) in Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China. Protea Hong Kong Ltd is a 100% subsidiary of Protea Japan Co. Ltd.

Import Status
All orders are shipped from Hong Kong as personal imports. The consumer is the importer of record under PRC customs law. PRC customs may levy postal tax (~20% for cosmetics). Orders above RMB 800 may be reclassified as general trade and subject to full duties and VAT.

Payment
Payments are processed via Stripe. The merchant of record is Protea Hong Kong Ltd. Settlement is in HKD/USD to a Hong Kong account. Prices are shown in RMB for clarity, but your card may be charged in HKD/USD, and your bank may apply FX conversion fees. The charge may appear on your card statement as ‘Protea Hong Kong Ltd’.

Returns and Refunds
Due to hygiene regulations, opened cosmetics are not eligible for return. Unopened products may be returned to Hong Kong within 14 days, with return shipping costs borne by the consumer. Refunds will be processed via Stripe, and FX variations may apply.

Product descriptions and claims are provided in accordance with PRC advertising law. No medical or curative claims are made. Environ products are cosmetics intended to support healthy skin appearance.
